About Me

I strive to be a compassionate guide and companion in the hardest moments in life.

I’ve been passionate about the Death Positive Movement for years. I’ve spent countless hours, researching, studying and embracing the process of death and dying with compassion.

My goal is to help others embrace the end of life and share open and honest communication with their loved ones. By looking death head on, you take it’s power and hold it in your hands.

I have been practicing in the arts for over 20 years and have training in crisis management, emotional de-escalation, and suicide prevention. I am an avid hiker and nature enthusiast and love using nature as a backdrop for healing.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

I believe that grief, caregiving, and end-of-life experiences are deeply personal and universally human. As a death doula, I am committed to creating a space that honors all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs. I recognize that systemic inequalities impact the way people navigate loss, and I strive to offer compassionate, inclusive support to everyone—regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, or socioeconomic status.

Grief does not discriminate, and neither does my care. I am always learning, listening, and working to ensure that the services I provide are accessible, affirming, and respectful to all.

If you have specific needs or concerns, I welcome the conversation. You deserve support that meets you where you are.
